科研成果

发展了以斑马鱼早期发育敏感期为对象的生物毒性测试方法,推进了小型模式鱼类胚胎期在评价污染物毒理学效应研究中的应用。建立了水体中钛纳米颗粒的检测技术,明确纳米二氧化钛可作为有机污染物和重金属的载体,增强对鱼类的毒性。发现多溴联苯醚和有机磷阻燃剂(1,3-二氯-2-丙基)磷酸盐(TDCIPP可经由母代积累传递给子代,引起对子代的健康危害。揭示了鱼类早期发育阶段有机磷阻燃剂TDCIPP暴露引起成年期神经毒性的表观遗传学机制。发现新溴代阻燃剂四溴邻苯二甲酸双酯(TBPH干扰斑马鱼脂质代谢、引起非酒精性脂肪肝以及表观修饰的作用。
