学科组介绍:
鱼类免疫学与寄生虫学学科组主要从事低等脊椎动物免疫学和病原生物学方面的基础研究,发展可用于水产动物病害防治的疫苗研制的理论和技术,近期的研究活动主要在于:1)鱼类免疫器官和免疫细胞的组成、个体发生,特异和非特异性免疫分子的基因、纯化以及功能,鱼类对病原的免疫反应规律;2)以鱼类寄生虫和血吸虫为对象,研究寄生后生动物的致病机理、种群生态及其与宿主的协同进化;3)鱼类细菌性病原的毒力因子、毒力的鉴定与致病机理,疫苗侯选基因的筛选,毒力因子基因缺失突变株的构建。学科组负责人聂品研究员为湖北省有突出贡献中青年专家,新世纪国家百千万人才工程入选者。固定人员包括:谢海侠研究员、李楠博士和姚卫建高级实验师。
