  学科组介绍:本实验室主要聚焦鱼类响应病毒感染的天然免疫分子机理及应用。致力于挖掘鱼类响应病毒感染的相关基因,解析相关基因的功能、调控机制及信号通路,发现特异于鱼类物种的抗病毒感染免疫规律,尤其是鱼类干扰素介导的天然抗病毒免疫反应的分子机理,鉴定潜在应用于鱼类抗病育种实践的关键分子。目前的主要研究方向有:抗病毒感染的分子机制及分子调控;抗病毒因子的功能及应用;脊椎动物免疫系统发育及分子进化。近5年来在Journal of Immunology等刊物发表论文十多篇。
