研究经历:
1. 转基因鱼研究
快速生长转基因鱼：培育获得快速生长转“全鱼”生长激素鲤鱼品系，生长速度提高42%，饵料转化效率提高11%。
抗病转基因鱼：以草鱼出血病病毒外衣壳蛋白VP7基因为靶基因，构建小发卡RNA表达载体，获得抗草鱼出血病转基因稀有鮈鲫。
2. 鱼类基因组学和分子育种研究
构建两个草鱼基因组BAC文库（EcoRI & Hind III），覆盖14.2倍草鱼基因组；构建草鱼头肾和脾脏cDNA文库，测序获得10,000条头肾EST序列，3074个unigene；克隆1,000个草鱼SSR分子标记，和一批免疫相关基因的SNP分子标记。目前正在进行草鱼遗传连锁图谱，以及草鱼生长、饵料转化效率和抗草鱼出血病性状的QTL定位研究。
