简历介绍:

博士,研究员,博士生导师。2004年于武汉大学生命科学院获博士学位;2004-2007年华中农业大学水产学院讲师;2007-2015年先后在德国马普发育生物学所和美国佐治亚大学生化与分子生物学系做博士后研究。2015年受聘为中科院水生生物研究所研究员。长期从事脊椎动物早期胚胎发育机制以及多能干细胞自我更新及分化的研究,系统研究了转录因子、信号通路、表观遗传因子以及染色质高级结构在多能干细胞自我更新和分化、谱系命运决定中的作用机制。在《CELL》《Cell Stem Cell》《Developmental Cell》《G&D》《Stem Cell Reports》《Stem Cells》等国际著名刊物上发表SCI文章15以上,论文累计被引超过1000次。担任Frontiers in Cell and Developmental Biology的编委。
