2008----2015年,研究助理,生化和分子生物学系,佐治亚大学,美国。师从Scott Dougan/Stephen Dalton教授,主要从事脊椎动物早期胚胎发育以及多能干细胞自我更新和分化的机理研究。
2007----2008年,博士后,马普发育生物学研究所,图宾根,德国。
2004---2007年,讲师, 华中农业大学水产学院,武汉,湖北。
1999---2004年,遗传学博士,武汉大学生命科学学院,师从余其兴/刘思阳教授,武汉,湖北。

研究方向:
长期从事水产经济动物生殖发育和种质创制研究,在雌雄同体鱼类性逆转分子机制和生殖干细胞移植等方向形成特色:1)揭示了环境因素诱导黄鳝性逆转的分子机制,提出了“温度诱导性逆转”的理论假说;2)利用生殖干细胞移植技术创制鲫等新种质。
