简历介绍:

韩冬,研究员、博导湖北省水产动物营养与饲料工程技术研究中心主任,“中国科学院青年创新促进会”会员,“淡水水产健康养殖湖北省协同创新中心”PI,农业部“淡水鱼类营养与饲料”创新团队核心成员。2000年,毕业于武汉大学生命科学学院,2005年于水生生物研究所获博士学位。2009年,赴美国加州大学戴维斯分校做访问研究;2010年,赴挪威国家营养及海产品研究所NIFES进行访问研究。 

目前,主要从事鱼类营养生理学研究,针对鱼类对营养物质的高效利用,研究淡水鱼类对糖、氨基酸等营养物质吸收和利用的代谢机制以及高效利用技术近年来,主持国家重点研发计划“蓝色粮仓”项目课题、农业部行业专项课题、973项目子课题、国家自然科学基金项目等20余项研究2015年,获湖北省科技进步一等奖(第4)、中国水产科学研究院科技进步一等奖(第4),2017年获第二届中国科协优秀论文一等奖(第2起草国家标准1项,获授权发明专利4项(第1已发表研究论文100多篇,其中SCI收录论文60,撰写英文专著章节3
