研究方向:

益生菌与水产养殖动物疾病防控:以我国重要经济鱼类为研究对象,运用宏基因组学和培养组学等组学技术和生物信息学分析方法,解析肠道菌群之间以及菌群与宿主间相互作用机制,主要包括:

1.化道微生物与鱼类宿主之间的相互作用

2.经济鱼类消化道微生物菌株资源库建设

3.基于肠道益生菌的鱼类病原口服疫苗创制

4.益生菌调控养殖环境健康的机理
