简历介绍:
王洪铸,男,1967年生,研究员,博士生导师,中国科学院水生生物研究所淡水生态学研究中心主任,底栖生物生态与分类学学科组组长,湖北省海洋湖沼学会理事长,国际湖沼学会(SIL)区域与会议委员会委员。1995年获中国科学院水生生物研究所理学博士学位,同年留所工作。1992-1993年参加中国第九次南极考察队。2000-2001年赴瑞典自然历史博物馆合作研究。曾任第12届(2004)和第15届(2012)国际河流与湖泊环境会议组委会秘书长、第10届国际水栖寡毛类学术会议(2006)等会议召集人。发表论著100余篇,其中SCI源刊论文40余篇、专著1部。(详情见:http://benthos.ihb.ac.cn/Publi.w.en.htm)
主要学术成绩:
1、 开展长江泛滥平原生物多样性整体保护相关的科学基础研究:系统阐明了江湖水文连通度与泛滥平原湖泊生态系统的关系,发现在中等程度的水文连通度下不仅湖泊的物种多样性达到最大,而且总体生物量同时达到最大;估算了通江湖泊的最小保护面积,这是国际上关于泛滥平原保护面积估算的首例研究,也是首次提出累积种数-面积模型更适用于连通度高的保护区网络设计;系统研究了湖泊水生植物对水位波动的需求,建立了优势种类水位波动需求模型,提出湖泊生态水位评估的新方法。
2、 开展湖泊富营养化和稳态转换研究:对经典的氮磷比假说提出了质疑,并证明只控磷就可控制藻类总量;确定了湖泊清浊稳态转换的总磷阈值及其变化规律,发现中等水深范围内总磷阈值基本不变,而不同地带多数浅水湖泊总磷阈值大致相等;指出了清-浊和浊-清转换浊度阈值的不一致性;阐明了亚热带浅水湖泊的稳态转换机制,指出亚热带湖泊与温带湖泊不同,该区域沉水植被不能为浮游动物提供有效的庇护场所从而抑制浮游藻类,但可通过降低营养可利用性和抑制沉积物再悬浮维持清水稳态;通过全生态系统模拟实验发现,自然湖泊中低磷条件下高氮不会对沉水植物生长造成明显的负面效应。向国家提交了题为“蓝藻水华治理应放宽控氮、集中控磷,以大幅度降低污水处理成本”的建议。
3、 开展水生无脊椎动物分类学研究:记述寡毛类环节动物新种54种、淡水纽虫1新属新种以及软体动物1新种,改变了中国线蚓科种类贫乏的观点,揭示了云南及西藏寡毛类区系的独特性,对膨管蚓属进行了系统分类整理。
主要研究内容:
1、 河流-泛滥平原生态学:分析水文情势变化对大型河流及其附属湿地的影响,开展环境水流需求研究,提出长江、黄河等大型河流 - 泛滥平原生态系统的整体修复和保护对策。
2、 湖泊富营养化与稳态转换:确证富营养化的关键控制因子(磷或磷 + 氮?),研究亚热带浅水湖泊稳态转换的机制与阈值,从多尺度揭示高氮的生态效应,提出宏观可行、经济实用的富营养化治理对策。
3、 生物监测与生态健康评价:开展河流与湖泊生态系统监测,构建生态系统健康的诊断评价指标体系,为生态系统适应性管理提供科学依据。
4、 无脊椎动物学:寡毛类等动物分类,现侧重于青藏、云贵等高原地区;贝类、水生昆虫等底栖动物生态学。
