简历介绍:

男,1974年5月生。中国科学院水生生物研究所研究员,博士生导师。1996年和1999年在武汉大学分获学士学位和硕士学位;2002年于中国科学院水生生物研究所获博士学位。2004年7月至2005年1月和2007年1月至2008年12月以高级访问学者身份分别在美国加洲大学圣巴巴拉分校和罗切斯特大学开展合作研究。

现任中国科学院水生生物研究所所长、中国科学院水生生物多样性与保护生物学重点实验室副主任。担任国际原生生物学家学会国际委员会委员、国际四膜虫研究指导委员会当然委员、中国动物学会理事、中国动物学会原生动物学分会副理事长兼秘书长。

在PloS Biology 、Genes & Devolpment和Nucleic Acids Research等国际重要学术期刊上发表了50余篇论文。主持建立了四膜虫功能基因组学数据库(Tetrahymena Functional Genomics Database, TetraFGD,http://tfgd.ihb.ac.cn/)和四膜虫比较基因组数据库(Tetrahymena comparative genomics database, TCGD, http://ciliate.ihb.ac.cn)。担任《Scientific Reports》和《Journal of Eukaryotic Microbiology》等学术期刊编委。主持国家自然基金重大研究计划集成项目和科技部国家国际科技合作专项等一批项目。 获“2010年武汉市学科带头人”、“2011年湖北省杰出青年科学基金”、“2015年国家杰出青年科学基金”、“2016年国务院政府特殊津贴专家”、“2017年武汉市优秀科技工作者”、 “2017年科技部中青年科技创新领军人才”。

研究方向:

1)原生动物生物系统学;2)原生动物进化与生态功能基因组学;3)原生动物基因工程技术。
