简历介绍:
徐军,研究员,博士生导师。2005年7月毕业于中国科学院水生生物研究所,获理学博士学位。硕士与博士期间主修专业是水生生物学,研究方向主要是通过稳定性同位素技术研究水生态系统的相关问题,例如食物网结构及与富营养化、外来种入侵等相关的食物网动态变化等问题。博士学位论文题目为“应用碳、氮稳定性同位素探讨淡水湖泊的食物网结构和营养级关系”。2010年12月-2012年5月瑞典隆德大学(Lund University)博士后研究,从事“气候变化对水域生态系统结构与功能的影响”的研究工作;2013年9-10月,芬兰韦斯屈莱大学(Jyvaskyla University)高级访问学者,从事“稳定性同位素生态学研究”。2015年3-6月,美国佛罗里达大学(University of Florida)高级访问学者,从事“宏观生态学在水域生态系统的理论实践”交流。2016年3-6月和2017年1-3月,美国佛罗里达大学高级访问学者,从事“新兴稳定同位素应用”交流。
曾先后主持国家级与省级项目18项,其中国家基金四项,国家水污染专项专题2项;参与国家级、省级、市级项目14项。共发表论文76篇(SCI论文52篇,CSCD论文18篇,专著章节6部分)。获得2012年中国生态观测网络“十佳青年优秀学术论文奖”;获得2013年水利部“大禹奖”二等奖。

[1]区域食物网属性与物种多样性关系
主要研究区域湖泊食物网营养生态位空间的大小、均匀性(生态位互补,complementary)、歧性(生态位冗余,redundancy)、食物链长度、生态位空间质心(centroid of niche space)等食物网特征,及其与物种多样性的关系。研究区域主要为长江中下游和青藏高原湖泊与河流生态系统。

以全国三级流域为研究单元,主要研究鱼类、螺蚌类等水生动物的营养功能多样性与物种多样性的关系,及多样性的周转(turnover)与镶嵌特征(nestedness);并在宏观尺度下,分析历史、气候、环境和随机因素的影响比重。

[3]局域物种共存的聚集规则
以杂食性生物为研究对象,研究共存物种种群与个体营养生态位(individual specialization)与种群密度、生活史特征、个体行为、资源可利用性与丰富度的关系,探讨物种共存下营养生态位对环境变化的响应(如富营养化、气候变化、有毒有害物质累积等)。

[4]水域环境保护的应用生态学实践
应用上述研究的理论积累,开展以下四个方面的应用生态学研究:全国流域水生生物一级二级分区与生态功能评估;太湖流域生态圈层构架、生态廊道识别(ecological corridor)、生息空间边界划分和中远期目标研究;全国良好湖泊(抚仙湖、羊卓雍错)和武汉市城市湖泊的生态安全评估、生态损失评估、生态红线划定与生态资产核算等研究。
