简历介绍:
博士,研究员,博士生导师。1995年毕业于武汉大学环境科学系获学士学位,2003年毕业于中国科学院水生生物研究所,获博士学位并留所工作至今。2007年2月至2008年2月赴香港大学访问研究;2014年9月至2015年9月赴美国密歇根州立大学作访问学者。
从事着生藻类生态学、河流生态学、流域生态系统管理研究。先后主持国家自然科学基金面上项目、国家重点研发计划、科技基础资源调查项目、科技基础性工作专项、水专项、863计划等多项国家级科研项目及地方合作项目。已发表研究论文80余篇,其中SCI收录论文40多篇。
近期研究兴趣:
1.河流生物多样性格局及集合群落构建机制:从物种、功能、谱系等维度探讨河流生物多样性时空格局;研究环境过滤、空间扩散、历史演化等生态过程对集合群落多样性格局的影响;比较不同纬度、海拔河流水系中集合群落构建机制的差异,分析河流群落构建机制的时间动态。
2.河流生物多样性与生态系统功能关系:采用野外调查和原位实验等手段,研究河流生物多样性与生产力、资源利用效率、营养物分解速率等功能间的关系,分析不同类群生物的异步性动态对群落时间稳定性的贡献,从多类群、多功能角度解析河流生物多样性对生态系统功能的影响。
3.淡水生态评价与生态系统管理:从提高参照状况质量、生物参数对人类干扰的指示能力、生物评价一致性和可重复性等角度出发,研究提高生物评价功效方法。评估流域人类活动对淡水生物多样性的影响,识别流域/区域尺度的淡水生物多样性重点保护区域,研究淡水生态系统整体保护方法。
