简历介绍:

研究员(二级),博士生导师,特殊环境藻类生物学学科组组长。长期从事藻类生物的分离纯化、代谢生理、起源进化、及资源化利用,并探索它们参与碳、氮、硫等元素的生物地球化学循环工作,为荒漠环境治理技术的提升、地球生命拓殖地外空间和气候变化的预测预警提供服务。主要包括:将分离纯化和收集的全球广布蓝藻——具鞘微鞘藻(Microcoleus vaginatus),利用二三代基因组测序技术和生物信息学手段,探究它们起源进化、物种形成、物种边界维持、及多样性机制;将特殊环境分离到的强抗性蓝藻和绿藻,在室内和空间站,进行微重力、辐射等胁迫条件的模拟和原位适应性研究;利用高产氧藻株与小型水生动植物构建封闭生态系统,探究水生态系统在飞行器稳定运行的机理;将蓝藻在地球沙表形成的结皮生态系统,运送到临近空间、空间站,从群落组成、活性代谢、代谢产物、藻际微生物、及其相互作用等方面,探索它们生长、代谢和生物量碳转化的机理。目前,出版相关专著2部,在Soil Biology & Biochemistry、Environmental Science & Technology、NPJ Biofilms and Microbiomes、Biotechnology and Bioengineering、Biotechnology for Biofuels、Bioresource Technology等杂志发表科研论文139篇,获授权发明专利11项,省部级自然科学二等奖1项、科技进步二等奖等多项。
