简历介绍：
李敦海，男，博士，博士研究生导师，中国科学院水生生物研究所研究员，水环境工程研究中心藻类环境生物学学科组组长。
1995年7月毕业于兰州大学生物系植物生理学专业，获理学学士学位；2000年7月毕业于中国科学院水生生物研究所水生生物学专业，获理学博士学位，同年留所参加工作。自2000年7月至今，历任中国科学院水生生物研究所助理研究员、副研究员和研究员（期间，于2000.10－2001.4在法国图卢兹第三大学作博士后研究工作）。
主要从事藻类环境生物学、污染水体和受损陆地生态系统修复和应用藻类学研究。主持“水体污染控制与治理”国家科技重大专项子课题4项、国家重点研发计划课题1项；主持或参与国家科技重大专项课题、国家973计划、国家自然科学基金、中国科学院知识创新工程项目、中国科学院院地合作项目、中国科学院先导专项、地方政府及企业委托项目二十余项。已在相关领域发表论文200余篇，其中SCI收录论文100余篇。

获得“环境保护科学技术奖”一等奖1项，二等奖2项；湖北省自然学二等奖1项。获授权发明专利10余项，其中“一种生物固定流沙和修复荒漠化土地的复合方法”获得第十五届中国专利优秀奖。
