简历介绍:
葛峰,男,博士,博士生导师, 中国科学院水生生物研究所所水生生物蛋白质组学科组组长,山东大学学士,中科院武汉病毒所硕士,新加坡国立大学博士。多年来从事功能蛋白质组学领域相关的研究工作,以重要水生模式生物为研究对象;发展基于质谱的定量蛋白质组学方法和重要翻译后修饰的鉴定技术;以水生生物的翻译后修饰组学和蛋白基因组学为研究核心和特色;开展水生生物的功能蛋白质组学研究;推动水生生物蛋白质组学这一新的研究领域的发展并解决水生生物研究中的一些重大科学问题。近年来在PNAS,Molecular Plant, Plant Cell, Molecular and Cellular Proteomics, Journal of Proteome Research等国际专业杂志发表通讯作者论文40 多篇。担任Journal of Integrated Omics , Current Proteomics等国际专业杂志编辑(Associate Editor)。作为课题负责人承担有国家重点研发计划项目、国家自然科学基金面上和重大研究计划项目、中科院先导B等多项课题研究。目前的研究兴趣主要集中在(1) 蛋白质翻译后修饰组学及其功能研究 (2) 非编码RNA与蛋白质相互作用网络及其调控机制 (3)重要模式生物的蛋白基因组学(Proteogenomics)分析。
