1974年生,博士,研究员,博士生导师,藻类生态学学科带头人,第六研究中心主任;国务院三峡办三峡生态与环境监测系统重点支流水质监测站香溪河站站长、中国科学院三峡水库生态系统试验站常务副站长、中国藻类学会副秘书长、中国海洋湖沼学会湖泊分会常务理事、水产学会生物饵料专委会委员、水利学会生态水利工程学专委会委员、国家知识产权局中国专利审查技术专家;水生生物学报、湖泊科学、生态学杂志、Water biology & security、Frontiers、Water、Scientific Reports、Vegetos等国内外期刊编委。1998年在华中农业大学获学士学位;2001年于上海海洋大学获硕士学位;2004年在中国科学院水生生物研究所获水生生物学博士学位。2009年至2010年在德国环境健康研究中心以访问学者的身份开展Yangtze Project (BMBF, 02WT1130)的合作研究。主要研究方向为水域生态学、藻类生理生态学、污染修复生态学。先后承担科研任务40余项,发表研究论文160余篇,其中SCI论文70余篇,获得国家授权发明专利10余项,出版专著1部,参编(译)专著3部。

研究方向:
1. 藻类群落及其对不同干扰的响应和适应机制:探讨藻类群落对物理干扰(流速流量改变、水位波动等)、化学干扰(营养加富、酸雨等)、生物干扰(鱼类放流、捕食压力等)等的响应与生态适应机制。
2. 藻类生物多样性:将传统分类鉴定手段与宏基因组等分子生物学技术相结合,从形态多样性、遗传多样性、功能多样性等方面了解不同水体藻类多样性的时空格局,认识环境过滤作用下藻类群落的适应机制及其参与生物地化循环能力的差异,据此了解水域生态系统生态服务功能的差异。
3. 应用藻类学:在藻类生物量和初级生产力调控方面,开展水华防控和生态环境治理技术的研发,探索低成本高效率的适用技术,推动相关核心技术的产业化;另一方面开展经济微藻的规模化培养及其在水产养殖和人类健康中的应用研究。社会任职:
