研究组介绍:

本团队现得到国家重点研发计划、国家自然科学基金重点项目和面上项目、现代农业产业技术体系、中国科学院战略性科技先导专项、国家重点实验室自主研究项目等支持。研究工作主要集中在三个方面,一是进行鱼类重要经济性状的遗传基础解析,重点关注银鲫配子发生和雌核生殖、性别决定和分化、免疫和抗病以及金鱼形态变异机制等,由此发展精育种技术,如基于全基因组分型选择、基因组融合重构、基因编辑、和性控育种等;二是进行多倍体鱼类基因组融合重构研究,由此揭示基因组或亚基因组整入的遗传机制,开拓多倍体合成和不育种质创制的技术路径;三是开展可持续水产养殖的新品种培育和推广示范研究
